Del Langdon
Co-Founder,
Author,  & Global Expert on Customer Experience

Del is co-founder of Giants.  With extensive experience as a consulting partner, Del helps clients enhance organizational performance and the execution of their strategies from the ‘outside-in’ customer experience-led perspective. 

 

Her experience spans large and SMB strategy development, customer value chain redesign, integrated, cross-channel solution design for customers, employees, and partners.  She led primary and applied research for Bell Northern Software Research to create the ‘office of the future’.   Del is co-author (with Don Tapscott) of the book, Planning for Integrated Office Systems, A Strategic Approach.  Her papers have been featured as Harvard and Stanford business cases, and in Forrester Research. She was also CEO of the eLearning Forum (Center for Learning Innovation) based in Silicon Valley, CA.  A serial entrepreneur, Del has partnered with colleagues to launch and build new businesses, including taking a start-up public.

Iain Drummond

Solution Architect

Iain Drummond is a Solution Architect based in Glasgow, Scotland with 25 years experience working both with and for a number of organisations of varying sizes at all stages of the entrepreneurial life cycle.  He has architected solutions for many organisations with a primary focus on consuming complex analytics and intelligence material (typically banking, insurance, telecoms, law enforcement and other public sector bodies).  Ian has also helped a variety of commercial companies ranging from lawyers to cheese importers. His main skill is in providing elegant solutions to complex problems, regardless of the business setting, and he has been instrumental in designing systems from a national scale down to single users. Previous roles have included Customer Services Director, Development Manager and Program Manager - giving very useful exposure to many aspects of company operation and engagement points both internally and externally.
